Sialkot, Punjab · Since 2015
Over ten years of cutting leather and stitching riding gear. A registered company with its own trademarks, its own floor, and a team that has made product for other brands as well as our own.
Where we are
Sialkot supplies a large share of the world's sports and protective equipment. Leather work here isn't a recent business — it's a trade passed down through families, with the skill base to match.
That is the pool we hire from. Our cutters and stitchers have spent their working lives on leather and technical textiles, and it shows in the panels, the seams and the way a jacket sits once it's on.
How a garment is made
The pattern is drawn to the model — or to your measurements on a made-to-measure order — before anything is cut.
Panels are cut by hand from selected hides or textile rolls, working around any natural marks in the leather.
Panels are assembled and seams reinforced at the points that take load — shoulders, elbows, seat and arm seams.
Lining, impact padding, zips, pockets, cuff and waist adjusters, ventilation and labelling.
Every garment is checked seam by seam and zip by zip before it is packed.
Packed and shipped worldwide by DHL or FedEx with tracking from the day it leaves.
Materials
We'll tell you exactly what is in any garment before you order. If a specification matters to you, ask — we would rather answer the question than have you guess.
1.22 mm full cowhide on our leather jackets — heavy enough to hold its shape and take abrasion, supple enough to break in.
YKK zips on main closures. The zip is the first thing to fail on cheap gear, so it is not the place to save money.
Heavyweight woven shells on our textile range, with mesh venting on the summer models and waterproof construction on the touring models.
Padding fitted at the shoulders, elbows and back. Ask us for the exact specification on any model before you order.
Full inner lining, with removable thermal layers on the all-season touring models.
Adjustable cuffs and waist on every jacket, so the fit still works over a base layer or in summer.
