Ordering and delivery
A standard size is dispatched within 7 to 14 days of the order, then shipped by courier. A made-to-measure garment takes the same time — cutting to your numbers does not add days.
Bulk and private label orders are delivered within 30 days of the specification being agreed.
Worldwide by DHL or FedEx, with a tracking number sent to you as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.
No. We make single garments and we make production runs. One jacket is a normal order here, not a favour.
Our own workshop in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. Everything is cut and stitched in the same building by the same team.
Fit
We remake it, free of charge. Send us photographs of the garment on you and your measurements, and we cut a new one and ship it. You do not send the first one back — return postage from Europe or America costs more than the leather.
This is why we ask for measurements rather than a size letter. A jacket built to your numbers rarely needs a second attempt.
Match your chest measurement to the size chart on the made-to-measure page. Between two sizes, take the larger one — a riding jacket needs room for a base layer.
Or skip sizes altogether: send four measurements and we cut the pattern around you at no extra cost.
No. It is the same price as the standard size and takes the same time. It is how the workshop is set up to work.
Yes. Tell us the model and the colours you want. We cut it either way, and there is no extra charge for a colour change on a single garment.
The gear itself
Full-grain cowhide at 1.22 mm, with YKK zips throughout. The same leather goes into every jacket in the range — there is no cheaper version.
Impact padding at the shoulders and elbows, and a pocket in the spine for a back protector. Riding suits and trousers carry padding at the knees as well.
We do not print certification claims we cannot evidence. If you need gear tested to a specific standard for track use, tell us before you order and we will say plainly whether we can supply it.
Yes. Two women’s textile jackets are in the range, and any model can be cut to a woman’s measurements.
Yes. We manufacture for other brands — your logo, your colourway, your specification, from a single unit upwards. See the private label page.
Buying
Through our Etsy shop, which handles the payment and gives you Etsy’s buyer protection. For custom orders, bulk orders and private label, message the workshop and we will agree terms directly.
AAMD BIKERS, a registered company with its own trademarks, making riding apparel in Sialkot for over ten years. We also manufacture under other brands’ labels. Registration details are available on request.
